Laura Osborne is the designer of the Natural Method, instructor, dancer, spiritual counselor, and a naturalist. Her studies include National Academy of Sports Medicine's personal training certification, Aerobics & Fitness Association of America's group fitness certification, APEX fitness professional certification, and the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Centre's certification as a yoga instructor and "yogi siromani" (or yoga practitioner with a mind full of jewels of wisdom). Her self studies have been in-depth nutrition, natural healing, Ayurveda, Vastu, traditional & earth-based wisdom, meditation, and more. Her experiential learning path has led to a deep understanding of the interconnection of all life to Nature, extensive ways to find balance and harmony as an individual and as a group, innerworkings of the human mind, and accessible techniques for enjoying a highly fulfilling life while minimizing contribution to global warming and destruction of Nature. Her ever-evolving grasp of Eastern and especially Yogic philosophy is thorough and practical.

Her private lessons can include tutelage in a customized program of yoga, pilates, ayurveda, naturally balanced intuitive eating, ecology, weightloss, meditation, bellydance, trance-dancing, art or more, depending on the individual's needs. ***Vastu and eco-consultation can be held at the studio as an informational private session, but hands-on sessions in your home or office can be arranged for an additional charge of $15 per session.

Guidance, is beyond personal training. It is actually an individualized educational program that can help not just with weight management, but other major life transitions as well. The Natural Method Healing Program includes a month of unlimited classes at a sharply discounted rate, plus private lessons either once or twice weekly. Because the group classes are included in the package, the private lessons are able to focus on meditation, breath-work, healthy eating, lifestyle transitions, loss, karmic counceling, forming new habits, or breaking down walls and barriers that are obstacles to discovering your deeper peace and joy. This is yoga therapy to integrate and balance mind-body-spirit to assist you in finding health, happiness and peace like you have never imaginied!
